Happy Groundhog Day!
It's that time of year again! Tomorrow morning, people will gather together to watch the groundhog come out of his burrow to see if he sees his shadow. If the groundhog sees his shadow, we will have six more weeks of winter this year, however if he does not see his shadow, spring will be coming sooner than we think! The groundhog never lies and sees his shadow approxmiately 90% of the time. What do you think will happen? I hope he sees his shadow! I've got a couple ski trips lined up, and without snow, I won't be doing much skiing! I've been very busy this month! Between all the news surrounding online gaming, my busy social life and the new man I have on the go, I don't have much time for myself!
I don't know what to get this new boyfriend for Valentine's Day. It's a tough decision because we just started dating and I don't want to go overboard. Any suggestions? I've seen a couple people post in the forum about it. Great!

Thanks to visionadi who posted a fantastic Chilli Recipe in the Bingo Bones Forum! Hope you all enjoy this tastey meal!
4 pounds coarsely ground sirloin
Olive oil or butter
2 (6-ounce each) cans tomato paste, thinned with water
3 to 4 medium onions, chopped, about 3 cups
1 green bell pepper, chopped, about 3/4 cup
3 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 to 10 cloves of garlic, minced (or to taste)
3 tablespoons commercial chili powder, or more to taste
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
In a 4-quart pot, cook meat in a little olive oil or butter (or a blend of the two) until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 to 3 hours with the lid on.
