What ever happened to Paradise Island?

They were one for one summer season and I never saw it again or heard anything aboout it. I actually really liked the show. Each week a new person would be voted on to the island from the home viewers. It was a cool idea!

I guess the ratings wern't there so it never got signed for another season.
