The other guy is Louis Walsh, a music manager but no-one cares about him really. LOL. Well over in the UK we have the X-Factor. It's basically the same thing, but they have 3 categories 'Under 25s', 'Over 25s' and 'Groups' - so basically anyone can go in for it. The winner gets a recording contract as per usual these types of show. The best bit is they get some right weirdos on it at the beginning for auditions. Have a look at this legendary one... Last year the show actually won a comedy award!! After that, its pretty much the same stuff as the other shows: live performances, the public vote, one gets voted off each week until we have a new superstar. Only difference with X-Factor is the range, i.e., Under 25s, Over 25s and Groups. Makes it a bit different. I love it!
