I'd get ride of the whole tank and buy a new one. you never know if you have killed the disease! It would be a waste to spend the money just to have it happen again.
Maybe you should try a new pet shop too.. doesn't sound to clean!

| I dont think a new tank is in order, i'm sure if cleaned out properly it would be fine, anyway, my worst problem was always snails reproducing like crazy. My tank gets covered in them. |

| I'm not a fish person. I always seem to kill them... kinda the same deal as me and plants haha!! anyway fish just bore me.. |

| fish can be very relaxing to watch, and its also fun creating the tank if you can afford all the toys and stuff |
