I went to join this site as a referral from a friend and when I registered I never received activation email so after waiting 24 hrs I tried to contact the site by emailing the given address so they could manually activate my account and 24 hours later I still have no response. I think this is a terrible way to attract new players and you can't even view the help desk inless you are a member which is pretty pointless.
This has definatly put me off playing at this site in future

I'm sorry you had such a bad experance with bingo Mania. You should look in the form here for other sites that have been recommended by other players I'm sure you'll find one you like.
Bingo Mania is one of the big sites out there and with big sites means even busier support. I'm sure they didn't mean to affend you by their actions but one bad experance will leave a lasting empression on a player.

Wow JB I hope ur luck picks up soon with ur bad bingo situations. Seems like you had a bad week. You should try out Saturn I've been playing there for a little while and everything seems to be good. I've never had an issue with their customer service.

I use to play on bingo Mania but I don't like the really busy sites. I like playing in the smaller rooms cause I have a better chance of winning. I've never really had a problem with their site but I have noticed that their customer services can be slow at times.
I always just keep emailing them till I get a responce.

I love Bingo Mania! I've been playing there for years and I've made alot of good friends. You should try it again JB everything one and thing deserves a second chance.
