As of January 19th, Neteller’s is no longer processing in the U.S. This means gambling sites will no longer be able to accept Deposits or cashouts From it's U.S Customers.
INSTADEBIT will also discontinue U.S. member's transaction as of Friday, January 19th at 5pm ET. ePassporte will still continue to process for U.S residents. Here is an overview of ePassporte:
**ePassporte offers consumers a debit Visa Account that is obtained instantly online. This will allow you to shop online securely and anonymously at Internet merchant websites where Visa is accepted. In addition you can make purchases at retail merchant locations where Visa is accepted electronically and send money instantly to virtually anyone with an email address. To sign up for an ePassporte account or for more information please visit their website at www.epassporte.com
I'll try to keep you all updated with anymore information I come accross.

So far it looks like Neteller and Instadebit are still ok for Canadians to use since it is a U.S law that is being passed it doesn't effect you.
But with Canada being nabors you never know if your goverment will hop on board too at some point. Till then though keep daubing thoes cards!!
For me Land bingo just isn't the same as online |
