Does anybody play poker, if so where are you playing, I find playing on the big sites that I constantly lose. Looking for a smaller player where my odds might be better.

try www.bigbetpoker.com....

it's not as crowded as some of the bigger sites.

I play at party poker. Had some good luck there. Heard some good things about bigbet poker too though.

I play Pokerstars - always get a seat (free or pay)- unlike some of the other sites out there.

I'm just a newbie at poker and I do play at pokerstars for free. I'm just not confident enough to play for real.

real money makes it a real game. I find too many free games don't have players doing real things

I am with SadAmber bit unsure how to engage for the real thing.

Would like to play but not sure I can win alot unless I sit at a table for 16 hours a day. Games seems repetitive.

I found that by playing in the tournaments I could get the feel of the real action with real players. This also will limit your loses.

Play for fun, then tournaments, then nickel and dime limit tables and as you start understanding and winning then move up. when you get to no limit tables start over at the nickel tables.

Good call boathouse. Play for free and learn the cards, then put some real money on the line once you're comfortable.

just go play for money - start low and increase as you get the hang of it. There's no harm, and then you'll start earning loyalty points etc sooner

no way - play for free first.
and when you do finally put down some dough, go to a $2/$4 table or higher cause, honey, people play more realistically when it's real

Tiger gaming is a nice place to go, you get the odd player in free play just betting big all the time, sometimes you just have to find the right room.

i'm in hetmanpoker now; $5 single table turbo tournaments are a blast. Does anyone have a bingo site that also has poker?
