| I had a cash processing problem with 888Bingo and they were johnny-on-the-spot with their live chat help - didn't have to wait for a while like some sites make you do because they're under-manned. |

| I started playing at Big Balls Bingo and so far no problem with them Customer Service is fair, nothing to compare about everything went smoothly. |

| I do agree, I too played there and I had a problem with my funds and custoemrr service was ready and available. it was all good. |

| I wanted to give Koala Bingo a try, but I got tired of waiting for my signup email with the password. It took over 15 hours to arrive. I moved on and tried Big Balls Bingo - what a hoot! |

Tell you I was playing at Hot Pepper Bingo and they were real fine.
Have a prepaid atm issue and they helped me deal with them.
Good site in general, never win alot though. |

| Now I have to tell you, megabingo, played won, tried to cash out, sorry you cannot cash out, played some more won some more, tried again to cash out nope, Customer service battle 3 weeks later they said I would get the money, 5 week later got the cash |

I signed up about 30 days ago at the pepper and they are real good.
They comp me on purchases for the heck of it, and email us updates and what not. real friendly good site. |

| Yeah I liked hot pepper too. I liked how there is a person that you can always get in contact with. Each week they send me the promotions for the weekend which I like. I love playing online and sometimes I dont know what sites to visit, but it shows that they care about their players when they offer such great promotions all the time! |

| I was impressed with bingo liner. They have personalities where you can change the way your character walks, their clothing they wear etc. which was kind of neat. |

| One of my girlfriends went on and tried out Hot Peppers new games... one of them was called Princess Jewels and she loved it. Said she was pretty successful too, and won some money which is a bonus! |
