| The secret of how to barbecue ribs until they are falling of the bone tender is foil. Cook the ribs until they have a nice crust. Wrap in foil with a little apple juice and cook to 200f internal temp. They will be cooked and falling apart tender. If you want to sauce your ribs roll back the foil but leave it under the rack for support, sauce and put back with indirect heat for 15 minutes. |

| Ahh I see the foil is a great idea, it holds the moisture in and it kind of steam cooks it. Good idea dogg. |

I have a quick and easy recipe for steak.
don't need to measure just do by eye.
sunflower or vegetable oil--enough to cover the bottom of dish or bowl
about a clove of garlic for each piece of steak and smear over each piece=yes I love garlic
mix about the same amout of maggi sause as wine vinager-just several splashes
several pinches of peper- ground peper tastes the best
mix very well then put into fridge turn and repeat, let it marinate for at least 4 hours. |

This recipe is tasty try it
Ingredients:
6 lasagna noodles, cooked, or however many you'll need for two layers in a 9""x13"" pan
1 block of mazarella cheese, about $4-5 worth
2 cups/375g DRY curd cottage cheese
1 cup parmesan OR feta
small pkg.of chopped spinach, cooked and drained
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
garlic to taste
1.5-1.75 cups spaghetti sauce, spiced to taste
1 tin of mushrooms or fresh mushrooms fried up
Directions:
Grate the mozarella and reserve about 1 cup for topping. Combine cheeses, eggs, salt, garlic and spinach. Add drained mushrooms. Put about 1/3 cup of sauce on the bottom of the pan and spread it around. It won't cover everything. Add one layer of noodles, then a layer of cheese mix, cover with 1/2 -2/3 cup sauce. Layer again, and put on the rest of the sauce. Top with reserved mozarella. You can refrigerate this for a day or so. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour, longer if it is cold from the fridge. Let stand for at least 10 minutes, covered, before cutting |

Yeah, I BBQ a lot...
I love the summertime when you can cook everything! The winter is a bit more discouraging because its cold out so I generally cook more inside!
Great recipes though!!! |

| my Favorite is corn on the BBQ. It's just soo good!! but it has to be cooked in the husks. otherwise it burns easy even if you wrap it in tinfoil. |
