Of course I have more recipes. heres one that is quick and simple.
Nachos - get plain nachos place them in a cooking bowl then take sour cream put desired amount on top of nachos and then salsa, try to put the same amount of each on top then top with grated cheddar or marble cheese my favorite. then if you want to put peppers or any other toppings now is the time , then place in the oven at 350 for about 10 to 15 min.
taste like restaurant nachos. |

Yeah, it was good.
I put half sour cream and half mayo, instead of all mayo.
If I were to make it again, I would decrease the amount of spinach, or increase the mayo to make it more creamy
Still great recipe, but just my personal preference |

If anyone loves cheese sticks as much as I do then this is your recipe
[b:f4d2960b54]ingredients:[/b:f4d2960b54] 1/2 cup butter, softened -- 1/2 cup grated old chedder cheese -- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper -- 1 1/3 cups flour -- 1 egg yolk, beaten -- 2 tablespoons water..
[b:f4d2960b54]instructions: [/b:f4d2960b54]In a large bowl, combine butter, cheese, cayenne pepper and flour. Cut with a pastry knife until mixture is fine. Add egg yolk and water. Continue to cut until stiff. Use hands to finish blending.
Divide dough into 2 balls. Wrap and chill for at least 30 minutis.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut into strips or circles. Arrange on nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until done. Serves hot or cold. Serve with salsa, if desired. Makes 2 to 3 dozen. |

That spinach dip is good with nachos, crackers, begal chips... anything!
That's the good thing about it because depending on your preference, you can serve it with what you like. |

If you're looking for an easy appetizer, most grocery stores sell dips. I know I've had the three cheese and bacon one, and there are several others that are really good. You can serve it with bread sticks or whatever you prefer.
All you have to do is heat it up a little bit if you'd like and put it in a dish and its ready to go! |

I have a nice bruschetta recipe if anyone is interested.
1 tbsp salt (or less to taste),1 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp sugar (optional), 2 tbsp basil (preferably fresh), 1/8 tbsp minced garlic (more if desired), 2 large chopped tomatoes, 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil.
instructions: chop tomatoes into cubes, cut length wise then turn and cut length wise again then place on side and cut you will have perfect cubes. the harder the tomato is the easier this will be. after all tomatoes are cut put all your ingredients on top and mix very well, then put into fridge for an hour and a half then serve. using italian breed to get best results. |
