My girlfriend, the puppy and I are heading to our friends cabin for the weekend. Nice little get away.
I'm hoping that I'll be able to get the dog in the water! |

| Aww that would be so cute if the dog went swimming! They are so cute when they are little because they are scared of the water, and they go in slowly like humans do when its cold! lol |

I was in Long Beach (California) at the K-9 Dog show... gone there my whole life.
They have an incredible fireworks show!!! |

That sounds like a really good time.
Ottawa is pretty crazy here in Canada. Lots of people travel there to celebrate the festivities and see fireworks |

Yes the civic longweekend is a canadian holiday it is not a statutory holiday though so if an employer wants you to work, its a day to work.
I believe the (US) call it labour day |
