This position is responsible for giving affect to tactical marketing and advertising plans. The purpose of the role is to provide dedicated and direct business unit coordination and influence into the design and logistics processes of the marketing effort. Its objective is to ensure delivery and analyse the effectiveness of advertising and associated marketing to achieve customer acquisition targets. Experience / Qualifications Requirements
- Significant and proven experience in the brand management / advertising and research field
- Internet Gaming industry experience would be an advantage
- Experience in co-ordinating and controlling the services of advertising / promotions agencies
- Preferred qualification in Marketing or Commerce
Responsibilities / Activities
- Driving requirements for development of the marketing front ends (eg, website) for different target groups (ie, applies market research to website development)
- Providing requirements from market research to drive research and development activities, new games, etc
- Providing input and requirements to the content/”look and feel” of games based on market research
- Preparation of market research reports and documentation
- Carry out direct marketing activities as required
- Carry out highly targeted customer acquisition activities as required
- Development and implementation of direct marketing strategies and plans
- Execution of business unit marketing strategies
- Provision of information and feedback to support research and development activities
- Development and implementation of highly targeted customer acquisition strategies and plans
- Monitoring effectiveness of advertisements/promotions/activities
- Maintaining and monitoring activities against budgets
- Compilation of periodical performance reports

You will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of customer retention and reactivation programmes for both active and in active bingo players with a view to ensuring player lifetime values are maximised. Responsibilities include:
- Develop a segmented Customer Retention Plan that suggest and rewards players.
- Increase customer values and reactivate non active customers.
- Develop loyalty initiatives.
- Implement and manage the above plans.
The successful candidate should have at least 1-2 years experience working in Customer Retention within the online gaming sector. Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential, alongside a well developed marketing focus. This individual should also be prepared to work in a team oriented environment.
